Holding off on calling them back while I do the needed spend for a promotional offer for the original new card. I don't trust the CSR to not screw things up with the current card if I call and say I never got the replacement.
Turns out the new AMEX card was stuck in their system and never went out because I have a PO Box and they needed to confirm the send to address. (Why they couldn't contact me about that is a separate issue.) Once I called them up and asked why it was delayed they sent the new contactless card to me via FedEx overnight.
