The above may be true, but in this case the problem seems to be that even though the email passes SPF (the first header line quoted) it is failing DMARC due to an "alignment check" (the second header line) -- i.e. the domain of the actual sender (amadeus.com) does not match the domain in the "From" header (southwest.com).
This is a solvable problem, but will need some action from Southwest IT in conjunction with Amadeus.
It is also something the receiver of the email decided to use to designate junk.
I send a lot of email using my company email address through various ISP mail servers including Comcast, ATT and others, in that case the mail server domain and the from header don't align. Even google allows companies to send email through their systems using company email addresses.
