I have used dolfi probably around 20 times over the last years. They are sometimes slow but I was always happy with the outcome.

once, i wasn't happy with the way they repaired it and without making a fuzz they picked it up again and fixed it within 2 days.

never got a replacement bag from the though as it was usually minor dents, locks and wheels
