Hi all,

Hoping for a bit of advice here:
(1) What is your home airport? AAR or CPH, both Denmark - so Scandinavian Airlines is big here
(2) What types of fares do you usually buy ? Cheapest economy
(3) How many miles do you usually fly each year? Varies - 50k+
(4) Do you have any kind of status at present? Asiana Platinum (*A Gold)
(5) What is most important to you in a FFP? Lounge access and luggage first, awards second, upgrades 3rd
(6) Which routes do you fly most often ? AAR-EWR but also transatlantic routes - many with scandinavian airlines
(7) Preferred Airlines : Star Alliance, and primarily Scandinavian Airlines for logistical reasons
(8) Do you travel for work or pleasure? Work, pleasure, love

So, I have had some unpredictable travel habits recently and after a couple years as AA Platinum while living in US, I signed up for Asiana last year and earned *A Gold status in January, which is good for the next three years irrespective of whether my flight habits change. However, I do not get upgrades through this, and have thought many times of switching to SAS Eurobonus if I can maintain it. They do not, however, do status matches, which would be convenient.

Does anyone know if there's a way of adding FF number from one company for lounge/service benefits, but crediting miles to a different company, so that I could save up Eurobonus points while still enjoying lounge access and other benefits from Asiana?

Cheers
Frants
