I have a lot of Marriott points and my only way to spend is to buy the travel package. Right now I get 7 nights always but of course getting the 5 night is way more convenient.

I'm willing to join Marriott Vacation Club as I have not been able to get the 5 night despite trying very hard and shut down.

Anyway, can I buy MVCI points on the resell market and it gets me in or do I need to do this only with Marriott? How do I link my Marriott account with the MVCI points?

Can I share my benefits with someone else? Eg can 2 people benefit from the MVCI 5 night club somehow?
