SIR – I am the proud holder of an Air France/KLM Ivory Card – no precious metals for me (Letters, April 11). This card entitled me to board one suitcase weighing up to 23 kg without charge. This privilege is now withdrawn. As there are no other discernible benefits for using this card, what shall I do with it? All lawful suggestions will be considered.
