The Marriott Courtyard a few blocks up Yonge was about $20 valet parked.. There was a $5 parking lot behind it run by some company but I'm not sure if it was available overnight...

There is a great Sushi joint called "Kokyo Sushi" just on Wood street i believe by the pizza place.. the Sushi chef Johnny takes good care of me when I'm in TO.
