There are 3 Hyatt's within 25 minute drive that are pricing themselves > $100 less (including a Hyatt House)
That's kind of what I've been wondering. My corporate rate has it at $169, but that's the best I see. Still not able to compete with the Marriott Courtyard at $129. Going to try and reach out to a business sales manager and see if there's not anything they can do to be more competitive.
