Had a one night stay a few days a ago as Gold:
(1) got upgraded to a high floor deluxe room.
(2) Got breakfast in restaurant and lounge access
(3) Drink voucher and 20% off restaurant
(4) 5PM checkout, even though high occupancy

The staff very good and attentive. The breakfast spread very nice and high quality. I was staying on an LNF rate 14K++ YEN.
The only minor downside is that you need to take a 3min shuttle bus to Shinagawa station, IMHO not a big deal at all. If you are in TYO for work and need to take a train from Shinagawa in the morning, the frequency of the shuttle bus in the morning between 8am and 9am is every 5min. The surroundings are very nice with pleasant garden nearby..
Given the rate I paid this was very good value for money and I would definitley return
