Indeed - however there is still time to unwind AA/US and UA/CO - I think DL/NW are too integrated at this point to unwind. Certainly VX/AS should be undone as it's the freshest.

However, in this political climate, the country is run by corporations and the police...citizens be damned. The only option would be independent legal action falling at the foot of a very sympathetic judge.

Of course the other option is re-regulation...but that won't end up good for customers, only good for airlines.
