Why should this be a problem? Bogota is not an endemic area. I was never asked vaccine card in Mexico or in the US when coming from anywhere in Latin America. The only endemic area to my knowledge is in the Amazonas region and I don't think there are any direct flights from there to either Mexico or the US, so even if you were there they won't know.
