I have had lovely stays where being RA, a manager has asked me to either leave IHG report or complete the follow up emailed surey if provided.
Because I see IHG hotel feedback as substantially onesided and unreliably false, with only positive or neutral feedback being allowed (negative gets blocked) i long ago made personal decision to neither contribute or read the IHG hotel feedback
