I was playing around on JetBlue.com and it turns out I can get $702 worth of airfare for 45,600 points + $22.40, which was two tickets round trip to Ft. Myers, FL from Syracuse, NY. Each point for that flight is worth $0.015 each, which isn't the worst value you can get with Jet Blue points but isn't the best either (from what I've read anyways).
MR points for Jet Blue are redeemed at 1000 MR = 800 Jet Blue Points. You would need 57,000 MR points to get the 45,600 points, so each MR point is worth 1.24 cents each after the conversion and before the conversion to purchase the miles. If you earned 57,000 miles in 365 days and redeemed it for that flight, your actual % back on groceries is 5.58%, while the remaining is 3.72% for gas and travel, and 2.1% for everything else. (includes 50% bonus). You also have to consider the value of points after the transfer.
