I have had the same trouble. On March 25, I made use of the Low Fare Guarantee for three reservations, asking that the difference be sent to my wallet, just as I have done for dozens of times. But for those three transactions (more than $100), nothing posted to My Wallet. I called two days ago and CustomerCare looked at my account, acknowledged that I had money coming on all three and turned the matter over to the accounting department. She said it might take several days and might have to be handled by email with me having to transfer the codes to my account, rather than direct deposit. I assume this will occur.
