My last stay using the old points and cash rates in Feb pre upgraded to 19th floor . Taxi had an issue finding hotel (was travelling with Cantonese speaker so got there after a quick circle around the block !)

Good Diamond treatment -chose breakfast (always busy around 8am but efficient service and plenty of choices - try the waffle station !)

Room was small and IMHO noisy - could hear the 'The Golden Girls' next door and the traffic .
Housekeeping replenished waters and toiletries every day .
Given 4pm check out as Diamond .

Loved Mongkok - markets ,shopping and ease of walking to Macau ferry terminal.
Ate like a local (though Im a veggie lol)
Felt safe even late at night -yes saw pimps but no hassle guess his 'gurls' gaydar was werking lol

Would return as loved the area !
