It lists several dozen transportation options, including the busses.

The so-called "taxi mafias" have lots of clout with local laws, so still likely no Uber or Lyft, at least not seamlessly, from the airport.

Uber: "Oops, Uber is not available for the requested route, but it looks fun though!"

Stopping for supplies at Costco probably can be arranged with your driver, but expect to offer some "incentive" (cash) to do so if they seem resistant.
