Sometimes the GAs know, they're just too lazy to get in gear.

Summer before last, I was meeting some people at ORD. They were coming off a redeye, and I had an early flight, so I was able to wait at the gate. The plane arrived, pulled up to the gate, and sat.... and sat..... and sat.... and sat while the gate agent ambled her way sssslllllooooowwwlllyyyyy along the concourse and down the jetway. Those passengers waited on that plane a good 15 minutes extra because that lazy woman couldn't bring herself to do her job.
