Never mind the style, the content is refreshing. I have long believed that whilst human beings run airlines, things will go wrong. The mark of an excellence is how they put it right afterwards (as opposed to trying to pin the blame on anyone or thing else including you). As a result of similar instances over the years, I stick with AA, and even though it is not the AA I once knew, I feel that if things go wrong someone will try and put matters right.
