The upside to 33P in J is *if* J class isn't full, you can really get decent service, particularly if it's half full or less. Because there are only 16 J seats. But this is just rolling the dice.

Fortunately I haven't had the (dis)pleasure of sitting in Y class on 33P, but the crew/passenger ratio is something like 50:1, the worst across all of CX's fleet. I know crew hate flying it and I can imagine economy pax do too. All around a terrible plane for crew and passengers. Nobody is happy. It's effectively a budget-airline configuration at premium-airline prices. Awesome!

I wish the 33Ks would fly around regionally, and all 33Ps were operated by KA. Aka, CX had no 33Ps. At least you could guarantee your product that way.
Actually on 33P they have 24 J seats with 3 crew serving the cabin (1SP, 1FP and 1 BC) so the pax/crew ratio is the best across CX fleet at 8:1 However, I still hate this aircraft as the J cabin seems very cramped/claustrophobic. More often than not, J is always full/near-full...at least from my own flying experience.
