First, sorry for your illness. Dont give up hope in finding treatments.

100% sure it is NOT legit because ALL loyalty programs specifically PROHIBIT selling of points/miles. All you need to do is to read the program T&Cs and you would realize these Ads either are put up by scammers or undercover operations of the programs themselves to catch the violators of the program rules.
