Ahh- this may be where the misunderstanding started- the "were much more motivated/service minded/attentive to empty water/beer glasses, etc" was preceded by "the FAs on my two JALways flights in coach," so I was saying (or meant, anyhow
) that the JALways coach service on NRT-BKK-NRT _was_ better than the JAL service in J NRT-JFK. But we've already digressed enough from the original topic at this point!
I'd probably pick AA J, because I can upgrade into it ! ^ Which is the point we agreed on from the start
(I think is important to note, though, that the "current" JL J product is a mix of shellflat and old J)
