They're clearly having IT/operational issues that have NOTHING to do with the weather, and they are purposely covering it up so that they won't have to issue compensation. As horrible as this is for all the passengers, the real scandal is at the executive level, I imagine. I hope some muck-raking journalists get hold of this and attack it like a pit-bull.
