How far in the future are the flights? It's possible that no tickets have yet been sold, although if the coach seat map showed an occupancy pattern earlier, this would be highly unlikely.
EF should get the data from DL, but if the problem is between DL's records and what DL is showing to you, you might get a different result if you look at the seat maps on EF.
