You are now trying to stay 2x consecutive nights to get 10000EQP in bonus and trying to circumvent the rules. Be prepared to be dissapointed

You will probably fail, even if booking the second night after a checkout as the IHG IT system will catch this in te 3day period one has to wait for stays to post.

Definitely catches up because for promo I needed a 4night stay and booked separate 1night stay , hotel did not merge, both posted later as 3nights+1night and promo later recognised my 4night stay
That is not at all true and I have years of proof - including this year - to dispute it.

I have done back to back to back to back stays (and more). One day at a time. Same property. Same room. Just a different folio for each night. Each one counts as an individual stay. The IHG system does not reflect its own rules.
