It did not surprise me that when I flew IAH-DEN-NRT two weeks ago that we were delayed out of IAH by 1.5 hours due to a technical issue on the 788; this has been an abysmal pattern for me on the 788 and I've lost hours of productive on the ground work time as a result of these 788 technical issues. So I went back to the non stop IAH-NRT flights except for two weeks ago, when the polaris cabin was sold out and I had to route through DEN.
Enjoy the 788/9 reliability issues, IAD hub.
But what happens if you get sUA 772s?

I don't think this is necessarily a merger / sUA v. sCO issue.
I will say that the rotation is interesting and quite indicative of FTers knowing next to nothing about how UA's corporate strategy will work. To be clear, that's not necessarily because people here don't know any better...I think Jose has been wrong about things every now and then.
