Reservation not showing in iPhone App
Just made my first Marriott reservation since the merger. First, I had trouble booking my rsvn through the app (the hotel I wanted wouldn't appear ) so I called and booked with a super helpful agent. I was very impressed - she proactively offered a 4 pm checkout and went out of her way to determine our preferences.
But today it was a little frustrating when the iPhone app showed "no upcoming reservations" and CS can't help (even though they see the reservation on their end)
Is this a known issue? I also was surprised that I couldn't find anywhere in the app to report a bug.
Any insight or suggestions?
