I haven't flown AI in many years, but have to do it one way (DEL-ORD) next week in J. I only have a rollaboard, barely fits AI's size limits but will exceed the stated weight limit (8 kg). Does AI hassle passengers about carryon weight? Also, should I expect that a larger carryon will undergo extensive searching, especially since it is a flight to the US?
