As you've mentioned above, I'm similarly used to fairly spartan offerings in executive lounges when it comes to breakfasts, so for there to be an egg chef in the JW HK lounge perhaps leaves some room for hope that the breakfast served there might be of a good enough size to feel reasonably sated.
