I am quite happy with the outcome of my case (TKU - HEL cancelled because of ATR had a tech and did not arrive in TKU in the night and thus I missed my connection).

After 6 weeks in the queue someone handled my case within a day and I was offered (on behalf of Norra) 400€ in cash or a 550€ AY voucher.
