Sorry for not including this earlier. Laptop wrap desk was before security. The staff at the laptop desk, however, power up my laptop to ensure that it worked before the wrapping process commenced. After laptop wrapping was completed, staffer took the plastic bag containing my laptop directly to the checkin desk where he waited for me while I went through security with my carryon.
