I didn't know JL had a flat bed in J. How is does it compare with AA's beds in F?
My point is not that I'm going to fly UA instead of AA as I already have the "golden handcuffs" of EXP status with AA. My point is that if AA hopes to court business away from UA, the lounge is one of the areas in which it needs to improve. That's all. I never thought this point of view would become so contentious!
