I don't know. I change trips regularly. I cancel trips. I don't recall ( these recalls are getting harder as i age ) getting a Southwest email in my junk folder. I only use gmail for my email.
Well, the OP says that so far those schedule change emails are the
only kinds of Southwest emails that are going into the OP's junk mail folder. And that it only started
recently, with the shift to Amadeus.
So if you haven't gotten one of
those types of Southwest emails recently, why the surprise that none of your emails are in the junk mail folder?
I presume Southwest schedule change notifications are more likely to happen on some routes than other routes, and might also depend on how far out you booked. So some people might get a number of schedule changes (emails now, phone calls before now), while other people might not get them much if at all. I would assume, for example, that someone who books as soon as the schedule opens is more likely to get them, while someone who books a week or two before traveling is very unlikely to get them.
