I have a limited sample size, but I flew YQR-YWG-YQT and back in October and I thought the service was very good.
I'm on Encore again tomorrow--see what that's like. I've just generally found it to be inconsistent versus mainline, which is a shame as Westjet has been quite good at managing good service during growth.
