I think you might be right. I'm 6'0" and I do fit the DL A330 bed, but without much room and I do sleep with bent knees, so I probably don't use the full length anyway. I think my only complaint was that the seats are a bit narrow.

I had similar issues flying CX and CI last year on a 777, but I was very happy overall.

I do like the direct aisle access for all seats and the ability to look out the window during takeoff and landing.
