I forgot to add that the ice machine on my floor (4th) had an "OUT OF ORDER" sign taped to it the entire time of my stay, with no apparent effort to fix it. Any attempt getting ice meant a trek to another floor.

Also, the hotel does not offer "Express Checkout" per se. There is no way to check out, for example, using the remote on the TV set. Rather, their version of "Express Checkout" is that they slip the bill under your door, with instructions to call a certain extension at the hotel, and leave a voice mail message indicating your desire to check out. Where is the time saving there?

In addition, I only received the promised "Dallas Morning News," to be left in front of my door, one morning out of the three I was there.

What a disgrace this hotel is.
I stayed there once and didn't really enjoy it either. There are some CP properties that should not belong to the CP chain, this one and the one in Union City, CA.
Sounds like an awful experience. You should get some PC points out of this situation. Keep us posted.
