On this route catering and service in general were a considerable step up from the previous offering.
My only grip is I think Medium distance routes should have something more akin to old band 3 rather than be dumped with bands 1 and 2.
I did raise this very issue with Troy Warfield and he assured me this is already being looked at. They are listening to feedback, including that posted on FlyerTalk, about the inadequate quantity of food and the service offered on longer Medium band CE flights. Troy appeared very sincere in his response.
