Not a good start. I tried the missing avios claim form and the error message, "an already submitted claim had been approved by the partner". No avios nor TP's for the QR flight. Since this is a RTW ticket with 16 segments, the 3 AA flights flown have been credited. Could this be the reason for the above message?
