On a separate issue - - Flex those terrible J-Class seats in the 777. They are so small - especially for "side sleepers" - how does anyone get any decent rest?
I have managed to get 100 USD as compensation for the first day, 200 USD for the second day and nothing beyond that. You have to call in to have them authorize the compensation and then submit your receipts using this form.

It is my understanding that compensation varies on your booking class and status.
