As someone who hates to wake up early, I can appreciate the extra sleep ^

A couple of comments from abovementioned web site by (I assume) users.

If it was just soundproofed, it'd be perfect
passengers bypassing from the 31 gate (but it's inevitable, i guess) make a lot of noise; a bit overpriced - for the same money you can rent a room in the hotel 900 meters from the airport
If hotel was same price 1 Km away, I'd probably do the pod since I mostly just sleep there. WiFi would keep me entertained until going to sleep and hopefully I would have my earplugs that I pretty much always carry @:-)

BTW, just now noticed you joined MM Club - Congrats. Have not flown but a handful of flights last year, yet reaped an excellent *G (courtesy of MM Status) benefit this week
