What happens if it's employer travel booked with a corporate card that stays with the travel coordinator at HQ? I've had that situation where the card that was used to make all the flight bookings never left the travel coordinator's office.
Depends on the employer, I suppose, but everywhere I've worked it's always been done through a TA, which negates the need to bring a card along.
