This story has reconfirmed my take on a sad number of FT members who are very quick to judge, even quicker to name-call and insult her intelligence, and imply they are willing to troll people who are frustrated by things they may not fully understand.

Considering how many terabytes of bandwidth are consumed with your own indignant tales of how poorly you were treated by AC staff and/or policies (you - the so-called experts no less!), I find it very rich that many within this group demean others who opt to contact the media.

Ah, the safety of online anonymity...are this many people so wholeheartedly unpleasant in real-life encounters?

By the way, my kudos to those of you who injected doses of compassion within this thread. Even if a person is mistaken in their position, they don't deserve the gleeful ridicule we have seen.
