i have also wondered what criteria they use for sending out these offers. I have yet to recieve any of these offers, while Ms vander555 to be, recieves them on a regular basis. She is a QP member (which i pay) but only Bronze, while i am QP SIlver (soon to be Gold) and nothing!! Oh well, i think i can live without another CC.
