How old are you talking about? Does it at least reference the Explore name, and not the old associate name? I've never seen anybody do a live verification of the form. No clue what they do with it after I leave the front desk though.
It doesn't have a date on it but I got it last year. I'm wondering if Marriott keeps a log on the forms and submits it later or do they just archive it? Anyone with an answer to this would be great!
