It was running on Sunday. This is the tram that goes along the length of Concourse C airside with several stops, including for A/B at the far end and for the SC near the middle.

The only lengthy outage I remember was when the tram was first installed and before it was operational. The story was that someone had managed to break the cable during a training run and the replacement part had to be special ordered from overseas.

BTW, there's also a little train in the basement of Terminal 1 that goes a back and forth, with stops only at the ends, between (a) one floor below baggage claim roughly below the closest part of the parking garage to the terminal and (b) the far end of the parking garage (= ramp in the Minnesotan dialect) for rental car counters, the light rail station, and people unlucky enough to have parked far from the terminal.
