Come on, it's known on any airline that plane type may change. Especially when one plane still has two rooms three different layouts. Unless they changed their CoC to include guaranteed type of seating there's no bait and switch.
Believe what you want. If it wasn't bait-and-switch we'd see half of last minute swaps be improvements. Never seen one, not one, improvement in equipment in 5.2 million miles.
