Here are the steps:

Head to CBSA immigration check, have form filled out and passport ready
Place passport in scanner, then feed your form into the kiosk.
You will be give a receipt
Take receipt and passport to officer.
Pass through baggage claim
Hand receipt to another officer
Head into arrival level of terminal, international side.

Head to opposite end of terminal on arrival level, take escalators up to departure.
You will be in the US departure area, easier to do this end to end walk on the arrival level.
Head to DL check in desk or kisok for your BP
Head to lineup for CATSA security check, have BP and passport ready
Head to CBP US immigration pre-clear, BP and passport ready.
Use Kiosk or GE depending on your eligibility.
Head to gate, there is no SkyClub.

There is no transfer desk or intl to intl bypass in Terminal 3, Dl and AA's terminal.
