Programs: It's hard to get status when the website won't let me book flights.

As someone who flies J somewhere in India - DEL - YYZ often I'll bet you the following:

1) OP booked online instead of calling in

OR

2) Called in but Agent didn't process via ticketing agent right away.

The problem is AC's IT and it's integration with AI. If you don't call in AND you don't make sure it's done by ticketing ASAP the above will happen EVERY TIME.
