No change of clothes and no, toiletries? Why did you not pack replacement clothes (1 set) and toiletries in your carry-on bag? Checked bags can always get delayed...
And on a schedule with no less than 3 interchanges on two tickets, it really calls for trouble. I would rate the chance that luggage gets delayed on such an itinerary at least at 10%.
No matter what (even when flying direct) - pack a fresh set of clothes (and everything else you might need in the first 24hrs) in your hand luggage.
