Am I safe to assume that HKG-PEK (on CA) connecting to PEK-IAD (on United) will be international to international? The two hours between flights would seem like plenty of time, but I'll have two small kids along, so don't want to stress over a risky connections. My last experience with PEK was CTU-PEK-IAD, so not a fair comparison.
