Would love to hear what Dubai Stu and some of the other UAE regulars have to say.

The article says that VPN use was always subject to find if it was used as part of a crime, which is understandable. Now it says even using it to obscure your regular internet browsing is punishable by a massive fine.

This seems pretty draconian, am I misreading the article?
